Bonaventure Soh Bejeng Ndikung is a prominent curator and scholar in the field of contemporary art and cultural practices. He was born in 1977 in Yaoundé, Cameroon, and currently resides in Berlin, Germany.

Ndikung pursued his studies in biotechnology and then political science, completing his PhD in medical biotechnology at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. However, his passion for the arts led him to transition into the field of curating and cultural management.

He has curated numerous exhibitions and art events around the world, including the Dak'Art Biennale in Senegal, the 12th Havana Biennial in Cuba, and the Singapore Biennale. Ndikung also co-founded the art space SAVVY Contemporary in Berlin and served as its artistic director from 2009 to 2018. Under his leadership, SAVVY Contemporary became known for its critically engaged and socially relevant exhibitions and programs.

Besides curating, Ndikung is an active writer and lecturer, addressing topics such as decoloniality, memory politics, and the intersection of art and politics. He has contributed to various art publications and collaborated with renowned artists, curators, and cultural institutions. Ndikung is known for his interdisciplinary approach, often incorporating elements of performance, visual arts, and activism into his curatorial practice.

In recognition of his contributions to the arts, Ndikung has received several accolades, including the Arnold-Bode-Prize and the Vera List Center for Art and Politics Fellowship.
